Cancellation Policy for Town Gear Essentials

Town Gear Essentials is committed to providing flexibility for our customers. Please review the following policies regarding cancellations for subscriptions, pre-orders, and our "try before you buy" program.

Subscriptions: When subscribing to our products, you agree to recurring deliveries based on your selected frequency. Your payment details are securely stored, and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery unless prepaid.

  • You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime.

  • To manage your subscription, use the link provided in your order confirmation email.

  • If your subscription is set to auto-renew and you do not wish to continue, please cancel before the renewal date.

  • For returns or refunds, please review our Return & Exchange Policy.

Pre-orders: Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are not yet in stock or currently unavailable.

  • Payment may be collected partially at checkout, with the remaining amount charged when your order ships.

  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before fulfillment.

  • Once your pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, returns and refunds are available per our Return & Exchange Policy.
