Cancellation Policy

Preorders
A preorder is approved as soon as your payment goes through, and all sales are final from that point, so double-check spelling, numbers and sizes before you order. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, our Return and Exchange Policy covers it.

Custom Orders
Payment in full is required before production commences. Once production starts, a custom order cannot be refunded or exchanged.
