Town Gear Essentials Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for supporting Town Gear Essentials! Each item we create is carefully crafted with attention to detail, specially made for you. Please review our policy before placing your order:
Custom Orders (Names, Numbers, Team-Specific)
Due to the personalized nature of these products, all custom orders are final sale. Town Gear Essentials does not accept returns or exchanges on customized items that include a name, number, or any specific personalization. Please double-check all spelling, sizes, and details thoroughly before submitting your order.
Non-Customized Items
Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee will apply, as unused merchandise often cannot be resold. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives defective or incorrect due to an error by Town Gear Essentials, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly rectify the issue promptly.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@towngearessentials.com to begin your return process. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact Town Gear Essentials promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we will evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Town Gear Essentials cannot accept returns on perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants), personalized products, special orders, personal care items (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards. Please contact us if you have specific concerns about your item.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return your original purchase and, once accepted, make a new purchase separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without justification. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once Town Gear Essentials receives and inspects your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times for banks or credit cards may vary.
