Return and Exchange Policy

Town Gear Essentials makes custom apparel for local teams. Because most of what we make is personalized, please read this before ordering.

Custom and Personalized Items: Final Sale
Any item that includes a name, number, team logo, or other personalization is made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check all spelling, numbers, and sizes carefully before you submit your order. If you are unsure about sizing, email us at info@towngearessentials.com before ordering and we will help.

Non-Customized Items: 14-Day Returns
Stock items with no personalization may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email info@towngearessentials.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We will confirm your return and send you the return address and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping and we recommend a trackable method, since we cannot refund an item that does not reach us. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email info@towngearessentials.com within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you, and we cover return shipping in these cases. This applies to custom items as well.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If it has not appeared 15 business days after approval, email info@towngearessentials.com.

Exchanges
For the fastest exchange on a stock item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-returnable.
