Ordering
How long does my order take?
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Custom and personalized items (names, numbers, embroidery, sublimation) are made to order and typically take 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. Preorder items ship after the preorder window closes — see the product page for that drop's timeline.
What does "Preorder" mean?
Preorder items are produced in batches after the ordering window closes. This keeps prices down and guarantees your size. You can cancel a preorder any time before it ships — just email us. Once it ships, our standard return policy applies.
Can I order custom gear with my player's name and number?
Yes — that's our specialty. Look for "Custom" products, use the Build Your Uniform tool, or email us your idea. Please double-check spelling, numbers, and sizes before submitting — personalized items are final sale.
I coach a team / run a booster club. Can you set up a store for us?
Yes, and it's free. Check out our Team Store Program and Fundraising Program — we build the store, handle orders and fulfillment, and your program can earn money on every sale.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Local orders within 5 miles of West Bridgewater ship free — and local pickup/delivery arrangements are often possible; just ask.
How fast is shipping?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after your order ships; expedited (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Personalized items (names, numbers, custom designs) are final sale. Non-customized items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies. Email info@towngearessentials.com to start a return before shipping anything back.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll make it right — that's on us, no restocking fee, no hassle.
Can I exchange for a different size?
For non-custom items, the fastest route is to return the original for store credit and place a new order. Not sure on sizing? Check our Size Guide before you buy, or email us — we're happy to help you pick.
