Design & Ordering Policy
Thank you for selecting us for your custom apparel projects. We’re dedicated to bringing your vision to life through a streamlined and professional process. Please carefully review the following guidelines:
1. Initial Design Consultation
We provide a complimentary initial consultation, including one round of mock-ups. This round includes up to three original design concepts with basic edits such as color changes and minor layout adjustments.
2. Color, Style & Mock-Up Accuracy
Design mock-ups may contain placeholder colors or elements intended solely to illustrate layout, fit, and general design direction. Final color choices, styles, and garment selections must be confirmed before proceeding to production. Please note that mock-ups are conceptual references and not exact final representations.
3. Additional Design Work
Should your project require significant revisions, substantial changes in design direction, a design fee of $250 will apply. This fee covers the additional time, expertise, and coordination necessary to ensure the success of your custom order.
4. Approval & Production
Upon final approval of the design and confirmation of order specifics (including quantities, sizes, and colors), a production invoice will be provided. Payment in full is required before production commences. We strongly encourage careful verification of all order details, as custom orders are non-refundable and final sale.
5. Project Timelines
Typical turnaround for custom projects is approximately 2–4 weeks from final approval, subject to design complexity and production scheduling. We will maintain open communication and provide timely updates to ensure your deadlines are met.
